BatesMeron Sweet Design

Brand Strategist

Andy architected and implemented BatesMeron's research and strategy practice, advancing the agency from intuition-inspired to design thinking-led. He directed the research and strategy process for the brand evolution of the nation's leading horticulture producer. His critical discoveries and decisive recommendations reoriented his client's original ask of brand evolution onto an axis of service design thinking: his team fostered effective brand communication among five levels of a politically strained B2B sales channel in a mature and saturated marketplace, ensuring long-term brand loyalty.
