Studied the Resistivity of Nickel Oxide (NiO) Nanowire Arrays.

Synthesized and studied Nanowires (Nanoelectronics). Methods Used: Vapor-Liquid-Solid and Sol-Gel. Used Scanning Electron Microscope, Energy Dispersive Spectroscopy and Ion Beam Sputtering equipment.

Developed an aluminum-foil based technique to mask the thin-films to deposit the Copper (Cu) on both ends of the Nanowire Arrays to develop strong-and-thick contact points, which saved $10K.
