On charge of managing 46 people and with the responsibility of interline billing operation, proration and accounting of the passenger business of LAN Airlines. Under my responsibility was the business relationship with oneworld alliance, IATA (International Air Transport Association) and with other 90 airlines that LAN had business with, participating in many boards around the world every year. The total amount of the operation on charge was USD 3.000 million and 13 million of passengers. Some successes to be mention are: to reduce people in 31% nevertheless during the same period the productivity was increased by 96%; design and monitoring KPI’s of the operation of the area; redesign business processes; and directly responsible for develop a benchmark program with other airlines, sharing important know-how and increasing participation of LAN in worldwide airlines boards.
