I began 13 years ago as a sander and spot prepper.I worked my way up to detailer after 2 years in Body prep. After I had detailed for 1 year I moved into the front office for sales. Our Maaco was in the mid 100s in nation after my first year of sales I increased revenues buy 600,000 thousand dollars. After my second year in sales we were ranked #2 out of 492 stores in the US. After mastering sales I became manager and kept the # 2 position for the last 8 years straight. My 4 the year I began doing all day to day jobs opening and closing. All cash receivables and began doing outside sales. Our profits increased every year up until 2012. At that point I was hiring doing payroll selling estimating placing all material orders. I also did all insurance estimates and accounts receivables. All accounting and banking. Monthly reconciliation and running our paint line quality control and all human resources. I made partner in 2012 may the business got better more stream line everything flowing right. Had different intentions for the business than the owner. At that point it was time to move on.
