Responsibilities
Front desk manager is responsible for communicating with all other departments in regard to the front desk department; conduct department meetings regularly; cover all shifts that are open; deal with all complaints from customers; and reporting all manners to the hotel director. The biggest responsibility is to supervise over the front desk clerks. Every day monitor all finances at the front desk.
