Business partner and change agent, seeking to ask the right questions to efficiently deliver HR services and optimize talent. I am the primary HR contact for the Allmand group focusing on providing proactive resolution and support for managers and employees, recommendations for action within HR and identifying and developing talent within the business unit. Focused and engaged in continuous improvement research and analysis of HR processes, policies and procedures with the use of analytics and metric based decision making. Other specific responsibilities include recruitment, leave of absence management, compensation, benefits, workers compensation, federal and state employment regulations and compliance, delivery of written communication and presentations to diverse groups, training and partnering with the business to manage employee relations issues such as performance, investigations, disciplinary measures etc.
I provide HR support for Allmand™, a subsidiary of Briggs & Stratton Corporation, manufacturer of portable jobsite equipment focused on providing customers with safe, reliable, and high-quality products. Located in Holdrege, Nebraska, Allmand brings portable light towers, mobile industrial heaters, flashing arrow boards, portable light stands, portable air compressors and mobile generators for the global construction,mining, oil & gas, and rental markets.
