Allstream

Sr. Product Manager, Enterprise Security

As the Sr. Product Manager for Allstream's Enterprise Security portfolio, I was responsible for managing their security product business. By realigning the portfolio to focus on fewer partners, I was able to stabilize a declining portfolio, add new complimentary solutions, and achieve 315% of revenue target in 2011 while meeting margin targets.

In 2010 I facilitated the redesign and stabilization of our Enterprise Security portfolio, and successfully transitioned it to align with our 2011 focus on providing customers with a Trusted Advisor through award winning Managed and Professional Services.

In 2012 the Enterprise Security portfolio was merged as part of a corporate restructure.
