Designs and implements HR programs, policies and practices to ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulatory requirements. Manages employee communications regarding any HR related program or policy updates. Manages relationships with outside vendors to ensure all appropriate HR compliance training is provided to employees. Partners with internal training department on any relevant training initiatives. Point person for all HR related audits and exams for the company, to include collaboration with internal audit, compliance and legal as well as federal and state regulatory agencies, as required. Oversees records retention schedules and execution, preparing and filing any government compliance related reports. HR project and program management as needed.
