Im currently working at the ACS a call center that is now owned by Xerox. Im a recieving agent which we take call for verizon wireless customers. Customer service is the number one tool that breaches our success in this line of work. We manage realtime accounts and curteously speak with VZW customers to create a excellent image of Verizon Wireless. Vzw trust their reputation in our hands, as we are there number one call center and first line of defense.
