I manage the best known employment brand in the world as a digital hiring program manager and Google's diversity and inclusion social media lead — work that spans staffing, marketing, strategic communications and user support. In 2015, I was the editor of google.com/careers, which gets 50 million unique visits and 3 million applications each year, and was a project manager for the site redesign, doing everything from stakeholder management to UX design and QA testing. I've also contributed original research and insights to Google's re:Work open-source project, which aims to make work better for everyone. And I coach startup founders in digital marketing and recruiting as part of a 20% project with Google for Entrepreneurs.
