• Assess and analyze business requirements to develop and recommend business process and system improvements. Applies understanding of business requirements and their relationship to application requirements to design effective solutions.
• Collaborates with internal customers to gather and document operational and functional requirements.
• Consults with Affinity business units on Core System and other Affinity applications and acts as a liaison between Information Technology and business units including:
o Provides general business/data analytical support for core operations.
o Provides functional assistance in the pursuit of identifying production problems.
o Provides assistance in the pursuit of identifying production problems.
o Provides or coordinates feedback to users on all referred problems.
o Completes the development of written instructional manuals, processes, and other required forms.
