Assistant Manager/ Property Manager

As an Assistant Manager, I was responsible for leasing apartments to prospective residents and maintaining a 40% closing ratio. Responsibilities also included collecting and posting rental payments, renewing current residents' leases, and maintaining an organized, clean office environment. After nine months of being an Assistant Manager, I was promoted to Property Manager. My job responsibilities include scheduling the apartment turn process, ensuring each apartment is move-in ready, maintaining occupancy standards, ensuring monthly budgets are being met, and training new employees.
