In the contact centre I work on building relationships with new partners and also growing and developing existing relationships. My daily tasks involved problem solving and also offering the customer an excellent service from point of contact right through to the organisation of their delivery. I also get tasked with dealing with customer queries and have to work within the remits of the company to achieve the best outcome for both business and customer. On a day to day basis I communicate with all aspects of our business, from partners in our pubs to fellow employees in all fields. I also liaise with reps from other companies.

I studied travel and tourism for 1 year. Before leaving to gain work experience in a customer related environment.

I attended John Port School where I was classed as a highly driven and motivated student. One particular strength highlighted was my ability to build relationships with many types of school groups. I was also rewarded on my innovative approach to problem solving when set tasks by the teachers.
