-Hiring a highly qualified board to help me manage the organization in a professional way
-Collaborate with the board of directors to develop the policies and direction of the organization.
-Creating the Season's Action plan with the aid of the board
-Oversee all other executives and staff within the organization.
-Managing periodic Meetings with board of directors and other executives to determine if the organization is in accordance with goals and policies.
-Provide inspirational leadership and direction to all executives, establish effective decision-making processes that will enable the organization to achieve its long- and short-term goals and objectives
-Cultivate a strong and transparent working relationship with the Board and ensure open communication.
-Ensure that the flow of funds to make continuous progress towards the achievement of our mission and that those funds are allocated properly to reflect present needs and future potential
