- Conducts research on relevant laws and regulations impacting our business operations.
- Organizes and maintains documents across electronic filing systems.
- Drafts correspondence and legal documents.
- Provides internal support & guidance to Corporate AE’s and Account Managers on contract negotiations, amendments, and renewals.
- Works with Finance and Accounting departments on contract issues in order to ensure proper revenue recognition.
- Analyzes potential risks that contract changes may pose to the organization.
- Resolves any existing contract conflicts.
- Reviews various other legal agreements such as non-disclosure agreements, vendor agreements, and sales agreement for senior legal staff.
