Answer multi-line phone, book client services, make client files, and pull files when necessary. Check out clients at the end of their services, handle the cash; credit; debit. Keep log of inventory, and order inventory as needed. Adjust inventory in computer and stock shelves. General housekeeping duties; laundry, sweeping, dusting, upkeep of the lobby. Confirming appointments, settling out at closing, checking payroll on a weekly basis. Assisting other staff with room turn over and scheduling.
