While titled "Administrative Assistant" this position allows me the utilize my skills much more than the generic description of an administrative assistant. Although some of my duties do include the expected tasks like answering phones, responding to emails and customer interaction, my primary responsibility is the organization and updating of ever changing company data with the use of specialized Vending software called "Vendmax". I have the opportunity within this position to demonstrate my love of structure, prioritization and problem solving to ensure data is updated within our system in a timely manner with accurate information so our customers are not negatively affected. My position also includes product sourcing, supplier relations and money management within my location.
