Responsible for the overall development,administration, and evaluation of all human resource policies, programs, and practices.
•Identify legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resource functions to ensure policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.
•Serve as Plan Administrator for company benefit plans, liaison with brokers to conduct annual review of all plans to review needs and trends, ensure ACA compliance and implement plan changes to assist with cost control.
•Develop and oversee annual HR department budget
•Administer annual employee performance evaluation process, and bonus review
•Analyzes wage and salary reports and data to implement competitive compensation plans
•Provide advice and counsel to managers/superintendents regarding HR policies, practices employment law and provide appropriate resolution of employee relations issues
•Serve as company EEO officer
•Supervise Human Resource Generalist
