Responsible for ordering all food, liquor, beer and other product. Scheduling of entire staff both front and back of house. Coordinate all vendor orders, deliveries and payment. Handle all banking and payroll. Training of all staff front and back of house. Open and closing shifts as well as pull tab inventory and paperwork as required by Washington State Gambling Commission. All end of month, quarter and year profit and loss statements/reports.
