Manage unit of 15 adults with autism, cerebral palsy, down syndrome and other physical, intellectual and developmental disabilities. Responsible for leading unit in activities aimed at helping the team improve life and work skills by guiding them through situations in which acceptable personal and work habits can be reinforced. Supervise contract packaging and manufacturing work ensuring quality and productivity. Modify tasks as needed to ensure the employee will be successful, provide direction in Spanish when necessary. Track time and attendance as well as prepare employee evaluations. Participate in annual staffing meetings with clients, family members and members of the client’s health care team in order to assess progress and set goals for the next year.
