Warrior Arabians

Co Owner/Social Media Manager

Warrior Arabians is a small family business that my Mom and I run. We raise Arabian horses and show. We work to raise beautiful and correct horses that will rise to the top in the Arabian Horse World. Part of our day to day duties is overall care of our horses, creating sale videos and advertisements, promoting our horses and business, networking with like individuals in the community, and for me, taking lessons with my show horse/horses to be able to perform at my best in the show ring.

McNally Smith College of Music

Vocal Performance

I studied vocal performance at McNally, with the goal of becoming a singer of a band. In my classes I learned the importance of being a good leader in a group environment. Leading a band/musical ensemble taught me this lesson greatly. Everyone must work together to give a great performance. The instrumentalists all rely on each other to keep the beat and feel of the performance, while relying on the vocalist to lead performance as a whole. Performing live with a band has taught me to make fast decisions in the event that someone would lose where they were within a song, or if something else would happen that could hurt the performance. Going to McNally also gave the confidence to be able to take on these tasks and also helped me develop my "people skills". Music requires a lot of communication, and attending McNally gave me the tools to better my communication skills.
