• Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems (Marketo; Salesforce) used to generate, distribute, and report on leads, marketing effectiveness, sales activities, and business impact
• Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management
• Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization
• Monitor and maintain data quality within the marketing database
• Oversee the successful implementation of marketing tools such as predictive scoring, Optimizely and Reachforce
• Coordinating marketing integration actions for mergers and acquisitions
• Manage all aspects of our Marketo instance and its integration with Salesforce.com including lead scoring, email and landing page development, testing, database management, reporting & analytics, and optimization
• Develop a variety of campaigns – welcome, lead generation, nurturing and client communications
• Meet weekly/monthly/quarterly company objectives by optimizing the marketing channels and using data to driven demand from key marketing activities
• Collaborate with fellow marketing team members and the sales leadership to develop and execute relevant and impactful campaigns
• Conduct data analysis and segmentation to identify campaign opportunities
• Partner with Saleforce.com administrator to develop and improve work flows
• Build test framework (A/B tests, tracking, etc.) to continually improve campaign metrics such as click-through and conversion rates
• Implement and continuously improve processes related to marketing automation
• Manage all marketing integration activity
• Support sales and marketing alignment through effective communication and coaching
• Create and manage multi-channel campaigns in Eloqua including direct mail, email, social media, webinars and others
• Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns to drive qualified leads and move existing leads down the funnel
