Responsible for coordination of the employee termination process including communication with employees and departments; also responsible for tracking all organization employment change data and communicating changes within organization. Assist with recruiting process including sourcing, screening and forwarding resumes to hiring managers, maintaining applicant tracking database and coordinating interviews. Prepare government compliance reports and proposal requests for employee data; working on creating and implementing an affirmative action plan within the organization.
