Through dynamic data analysis, my knowledge of Excel and a natural ability to translate data into action I have played a key role in developing new strategies to fill jobs and grow HireMojo. After starting at HireMojo as a recruiting analyst I quickly rose through the ranks to become the leader of Customer Support and IT. My 3 direct reports and I have taken the department from a first response time of 18 hours to that of under 30 minutes. With a focus on streamlined processes and wowing customers I implemented a one platform solution, created an internal and external SLA and helped determine where to focus our efforts in the product to improve the customer experience. The start-up environment and culture of personal responsibility and freedom is the perfect fit. There is nothing more rewarding than driving change from the ground up.
