Partners with corporations to provide their employees with wellness, mental health counseling, crisis intervention, child/elder care, legal, and financial support resources and programs. Consults with HR and management teams to identify challenges impacting employee performance and welfare in the workplace. Advocates for employee needs, connecting with the the appropriate company benefit programs.
Administers coaching and counseling to help individuals enhance their coping and conflict resolution skills to improve relationships with managers and peers. Initiates critical incident response services in instances of traumatic work-related events. Conducts mental health assessments and coordinates emergency response related to suicide prevention, substance abuse, domestic violence, and other critical areas. Represents the organization at health fairs to network and build relationships with prospective clientele.
