I started with this business from the beginning. I acquired many skills over the 7 years of employment with them. In the beginning, I did a lot of the labor. This company doubled as a dealership and a mechanic/detail shop. So I did marketing, web design and customer scheduling as well as detailing. As time progressed, I became the manager. I managed between 5-15 employees on any given day. I was in charge of employee schedules, hiring and firing, payroll, inventory, customer relations/customer service, taxes, and normal office duties.
