Monitor, control and manage business operations to meet customer expectations and company goals.
Liaise between customer and management to ensure smooth operations delivery.

Report on variables to the approved project baseline.
Ensure that quality project standards are met as prescribed by IT Services through the effective implementation or use of approved processes, methodologies and deliverable.
