Interview prospective students to ensure they have the potential ability, educational background, and financial plan to be en- rolled in the University, as well as meet schools standards and expectations. Gain referrals based on professional relationships built through the admissions process. Liaison for University departments, other schools, and all entities facilitating the enrollment process to ensure actionable results through effective communication. Continuously exceed enrollment goals, quality of students admissions experience, and knowledge of University services.
•Appointed as an Admissions Specialist to resolve escalated issues with either student or specific enrollment departments, resulting in better quality of service and higher amount of enrollments. Selected to participate in a dual pilot program role based on consistent performance, and expertise knowledge of services.
•Participating in the “In-bound” program which facilitates new and previous students. Role requires a “think on your feet” mindset, ability to multi-task, trouble shoot, and work in a short time frame.
•Created training and marketing material, currently being reviewed for company wide use.
•Engagement Committee: Acted as a liaison between advisors and managers. Assisted with employee issues and employee engagement.
•Post Class Committee: Coordinated events, activities, and team logistics for site wide events.
•Employee Focus Group: Sharing of best practices, helping create training material, and assist in overall efforts of improving employee focus in the admissions role.
•Project IMPACT: Assisted students in the completion of the admissions process, special circumstances, and overall on boarding to the University.
