In my years with Lowes I have worked in several departments. I have worked as a CSA in several departments including Flooring, Appliances, Customer Service, Commercial Sales, and Toolworld.
- I have great customer service skills
- I am cross trained in many areas of the store
- I am familiar cycle counts, price audits, and completing planograms
I began as a sales associate in which my duties included
- covering several departments (electronics, layaway, jewelry, customer service, and toys)
- main priority was to provide customer service but on occasion I put away freight, changed prices, planograms.
As the overnight supervisor my duties included
- setting product for the current sales ad (pricing and placing items in appropriate locations)
- changing planograms
- changing prices
- managing freight flow
I currently have a year and half of schooling into my Associates degree. I have been taking classes online between my work schedule and my children's schedules.
