Engage with executive-level staff and agencies across service components to establish the integration, interoperability, management, and maintenance of Army Battle Command Systems (ABCS) equipment. Provide system administration and customer service/support for common client information systems using military and Commercial-Off-the-Shelf (COTS) software. Employ outstanding interpersonal skills interact to establish rapport with domestic and international agencies. Organize efforts as the lead technical planner for connectivity between the Army Forces (ARFOR) and the Joint Force Commanders and command designated agencies. Interpret Information Technology policies, standards, and guidelines to advise executive staff and disseminate information on information systems. Synchronize and maintain Information Management/Knowledge Management (IM/KM) resources. Manage content of public, secure, and Social Network Service (SNS) sites.
