My work focuses on early- to growth- stage startups, where there's an opportunity to impact the direction and market value of the business. I consult businesses on:
- Sales Strategy and Process Development
- How to leverage technology to improve Sales performance
- Business Development and Client Development best practices
- Outbound Sales

In my role, I focused on Sales into the Mid-Market/Enterprise. My clients included WeWork, WSJ, Target, and more. I sold to VPs of Marketing/CMOs and VPs of Internal Comms both direct to brand and to Agencies.



At Collective[i], I am responsible for new customer acquisition (from new business development through close). I have the pleasure of working with the best and brightest sales minds who want to understand their buyers, bring actionable insights to their teams, and maximize their revenue attainment.

Member of founding sales team. Responsible for the development and execution of strategy for the front-end of our sales process.
- Clients included: GDIT, Northrop Grumman, LMCO, HP, etc.

As Director of Account Dev, I was also responsible for hiring/training of BDRs; creating and managing team comp/metrics; and developing BDR strategy in partnership with the executive team.
