- Manage the Franchiser relationship to jointly develop products, marketing strategies, visual collaterals, etc building a win-win cooperative attitude for both parties.
- Market & advertise the brand in line with the host brand signature while maintaining the local market ethics.
- Motivate & train the store operations & brand merchandising team’s to improve productivity, streamline day-to-day operations, reporting, etc.
- Develop KPI’s for the team to meet company’s financial targets and follow the company’s mission statement.
