- Plan and forecast top-line sales to enhance the brand performance.

- Manage the Franchiser relationship to jointly develop products, marketing strategies, visual collaterals, etc building a win-win cooperative attitude for both parties.
- Market & advertise the brand in line with the host brand signature while maintaining the local market ethics.
- Motivate & train the store operations & brand merchandising team’s to improve productivity, streamline day-to-day operations, reporting, etc.
- Develop KPI’s for the team to meet company’s financial targets and follow the company’s mission statement.

Job Profile
• Focused on delivering sales & Profit, by contributing to the sales plan for each brand/store level in the region
& by ensuring the shrinkages/shortages remain within the budgeted levels
• Involved in recruitments, managing and developing store managers & their teams
• Ensuring store deliver outstanding customer experience- Consistently coaching/guiding the team to achieve the expected levels, maintaining store visual guidelines and making sure every store has an accessible layout plan
• Playing an active role in store opening - Working in liaise with projects, brand/merchandising, third party vendors, maintenance to deliver the best store standards & within the stipulated period
• Business expansions & managing external relationships- Looking for business opportunities for brands & propose suggestions to brand managers/operations head. Communicating with shopping mall management on a regular basis in order to resolve operational issues & also give them consistent feedback on sales & understand & push them to get the desired footfalls in the mall
