Responsible for providing human capital management advisory services to businesses. Helps companies develop and communicate policies, train employees, implement a various HR processes such as but not limited to:

Senior Payroll Specialist

Main Responsibilities

Responsible for calculating, reviewing, verifying&posting complex payroll, timekeeping&information; inputting data regarding, payroll&timekeeping into a manual/automated system; generating&reviewing a variety of automated reports on a routine basis, detecting&responding to due dates, errors,&discrepancies; reading, analyzing&interpreting of understanding for represented employee organizations.

•Developing the Comp.&Ben. scheme (including insurance schemes by law as well as by company’s discretion), including Quarterly&Semi Annual payroll&bonus computation for all employees.

•Ensure all employees’ compensation&benefit scheme is applied appropriately.
•Participate in implementing com.&ben. restructuring projects&surveys in the company. As well as organizing&collecting all job description for all current&future positions within the company.
•Handling&implementing all company internal&external benefits provided to the employees.
•Handling company Mobile Benefit with the operator as a contact person; conducting operational tasks, ensure all related operations tasks are aligned with the company's policies.

•Work with hiring managers on recruiting planning meetings.
•Create job descriptions.
•Lead the creation of a recruiting&interviewing plan for each open position.
•Efficiently&effectively fill open positions.
•Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans&implementation.
•Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
•Research new ways of using the Internet for recruitment.

Administrative Duties&Record Keeping:
•Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.
