Responsible for providing human capital management advisory services to businesses. Helps companies develop and communicate policies, train employees, implement a various HR processes such as but not limited to:
• Identify and develop companies’ Vision, Mission and Values.
• Develop new and revise current Organizational Charts and Reporting System.
• Develop new and revise current Job Descriptions and Job Profiles.
• Develop new KPI System as required.
• Develop new and revise current Performance Management Practices.
• Develop new and revise current Soft and Technical Competency Models.
• Develop Positions Career Path.
• Develop new and revise current Policies and Procedures.
• Develop new and revise current Employee Handbook and HR Manuals.
Outsourcing HR Department to customers and provide them with all required departmental operations and procedures and implementing the above mentioned tasks as per agreement. Act as a HR Manager, Supervisors to the outsourced customers and maintain daily and routine operations while giving recommendations for best operational practices.
