• Direct and lead the Front Office and Housekeeping departments which consist of 300+ union employees for our 1,705 room hotel.
• Developed and implemented a restructuring and reorganization plan post CBA negotiations/buy out of the Floor Supervisors.
• Partner with the General Manager and Director of Finance to develop a performance indicator that measures our productivity based on CPOR.
• Review P&L reports and develop monthly action plans to maintain and achieve all budget goals for both Front Office and Housekeeping resulting in $300K net annual labor and benefit savings.
• Instrumental in the hiring, developing and training of new and current associates.
• Strategically built a team with commitment to guest services and cleanliness.
• Actively worked on labor initiatives with Director of Human Resource to improve productivity and performance quality in the hotel.
