Collaborated with the Search Engine Optimization team on the Link Building Campaign and content development for three HomeAway brands including HomeAway.com, VRBO.com, and BedandBreakfast.com. Edited and published Traveler Idea articles using the content management system, Jahia.
Coordinate Alternative Transportation Month and all ancillary activities. Present program to employees, Government institutions, and local business owners. Meet with advocacy groups. Expanded transportation program to accommodate employees across all four office locations in Austin.
Act as liaison between HomeAway and vendors regarding Alternative Transportation.
Developed and implemented the design creation for team communications, including office signage, informational emails, Wiki graphics, and invitations.
Manage “swag” inventory for corporate events across multiple Austin offices.
Verify contracts, create security badges, and archive/delete security badges for terminated employees. Extend access and track down errant contracts when necessary.
Run and compile admin reports.
Coordinate certain informational, social, or charitable events, including budget keeping.
Compare and select new vendors for facilities-related services or benefits and manage existing vendor relationships.
Greet visitors, notify employees, assign security badges, and handle walk-in customer services cases.
Accountable for all incoming/ outgoing mail and packages (domestic and international).
Ordering and maintaining all office supply orders and weekly inventory, as well as running basic errands as needed.
Liable for placing weekly catering orders and organizing corporate events for 30+ people.
