-Responsible for collecting $415K+ in revenue for Store Ops Department and processing initial and rejected warranty claims utilizing computerized product repair system.
-Manage warranty process by providing complete end to end claim resolution.
-Responsible for filing eligible claims, and also identifing, categorize, and document causes of vendor rejected claims.
-Responsible for communicating via phone and/or email with vendors /manufacturers to determine information needed to submit a claim and receive payment, as well as with the Repair and Liquidation Centers and/or Tool Rental centers.
-Required to contact customers for verifying & validation of information related to warranties/products.
-Established relationships with manufacturers/vendors which improved the % of dollars every month for P&L reports.
-Responsible for partnering with appropriate vendors/manufacturers on unresolved claims.
-Trained multiple contractors and developed warranty procedure documentation for future contractors/THD associates.
