Work with local teams of key account managers, technical account managers, global order management specialists and customer implementation specialists in all spheres and projects i.e. sales, migration projects, mergers, etc.
Deep understanding and knowing of account managers’ customer portfolios in order to back up AMs and resolve all incoming queries from the clients.
Support DAD process helping to Account Team and Clients with any escalations and position validation.
Resolve all queries with Exchanges i.e. correspondence, completion of exchange documentation, data ordering processes and consulting.
Work in internal CRM systems being a start point in quote creation, processing and coordination between departments.
Provide advice and guidance to clients and sales regarding any non-standard contracts, pricing, ordering and process requests.
