The Pines

Barista and Waitress

The Pines is a new restaurant that opened up in upstate New York of Mount Tremper. I will be working in the coffee shop area in the mornings providing people with consistently good and fresh drip coffee as well as cold brew and tea. In the evenings I will be waitressing, thus providing customers with the services of bringing water to their table as well as menus and making sure people understand the menu well enough to order food and enjoy not only the calm and relaxing atmosphere The Pines creates, but also enjoying the Organic and good food that is served there too. I also make sure that customers, whether that is at the coffee shop in the morning or restaurant in the evening, feel attended to in a prompt and genuine manner.

Student Manager

Just received a promotion I am so thrilled about! I will start this leadership position this upcoming August.
"Congratulations! You have been selected by our Leadership team to be part of our Student Manager program. Your ability to follow directions, work independently, and correctly complete tasks has demonstrated that you are capable of this position... not many other jobs on campus that let you work as closely with the President of the University as we do."

Jackson Hole Mountain Resort

Ski Instructor

I am a Professional Ski Instructor of America Level I and Children's Specialist Level I ski instructor for The Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. I began ski instructing at Killington Vermont when I was 16 and also passed my PSIA level I at the same time. I have a passion for helping children in particular learn or develop further in their skiing skills. I have been working for Jackson Hole Mountain Resort for five years now on my winter breaks from college. As a ski instructor I specialize in teaching young children the foundational skills of skiing in order for them to build off of them and ski safely while also making this sport fun. I teach children skills such as skiing on one ski, jumping into stops and brining awareness to one's surroundings by incorporating these skills into games I set up for them. With a balance of fun and seriousness, I am able to allow for all skill types to grow and share my love for skiing.
