City Arts & Lectures
Design & Communications Manager
April 2013 — Present
In this dynamic role, I support the producer and executive producers of a non-profit lecture series hosting over 60 events per year at the historic, 1,680-seat Nourse Theater in the heart of San Francisco's performing arts district. Responsibilities include event production, donor acknowledgment and stewardship, social media, and database management.
Brought on right before the organization's renovation and reopening of the historic venue, I helped establish and revise a system for managing bookings of the hall. Additionally, bringing design and branding in-house for the first time in the history of the organization, I produce compelling print and web graphics to activate our visual presence in the City and beyond. Design responsibilities include event posters, e-newsletters, program notes, and web layout.
