Women of Culture is a social networking group designed to connect like- minded women with an interest in experiencing New York City's vast array of cultural offerings.
Created strategy presentations and assisted in planning major product launch activities.
Concept and design 360-degree marketing campaigns to create a consistent brand image across all consumer and distributor touch-points from in-store/salon to online. Creation of packaging and sales collateral along with visual merchandising, education and PR materials. Collaborate with Art Director and Copywriter to develop and implement a comprehensive brand style guide defining Moroccanoil’s graphic identity and visual codes, along with guidelines for print and web layouts.
Design of print and online collateral including bi-weekly email blasts, website updates, social media graphics, banner ads, in-store signage, printed sales materials, packaging, corporate stationery, invitations, point-of-sale posters, event/tradeshow graphics and PowerPoint presentations according to the brand guidelines. Coordinate with vendors, prep for and supervise photo shoots and ensure all creative deadlines are met. Preparation of files for print and web; light re-touching of images and frequent collaboration with the Marketing department to brainstorm new initiatives.
Design of event collateral and internal branding in line with company aesthetic and personality.
Recruited to work on the research and planning for a new cosmetics line set to launch in Spring 2011.
Worked with the Design Director and Senior Designer to design art world publications for clients such as the Mary Boone Gallery, Rizzoli, the Gagosian Gallery, Steidl and the Art Dealers Association of America. Assisted in designing and creating signage for The Art Show 2010 as well as websites for various independent artists.
Developed and executed sales pitches for potential licensees worldwide. Negotiated license agreements, managed licensee relationships and served as liaison with Ford Headquarters. Aided in planning of grand final event in Budva, Montenegro.
Managed all facets of new Skincare, Fragrance and Holiday Gift Set launches, from ideation through to production, working closely with various support groups to ensure their on-time and on-budget completion.
Provided support to the Vice President of Marketing and the entire Marketing team through the creation of presentations, analysis of market trends and completion of administrative duties. Assisted in the development new Color category product launches and Color Stories.
Performed market research and analysis in order to fulfill company-wide requests and for use in a weekly trends newsletter. Coordinated corporate volunteer initiatives such as the Holiday Toy Drive and New York Cares Day.
