Sale tickets to customers. As a customer service agent I assist those in need of extra assistance to the designated coach and answer any and all questions to the best of my ability. As a shift leader I control the dispatching of loading and unloading our passengers, I make sure the inside of our terminal is running correctly with our agents and take care of any problem that my co-workers are not able to handle.
