- Provide channel support through IMC ticket system, phone, live chat, as well as forum responses;
- Generate and produce support articles and tutorials for all IMC software products and online services;
- Produce performance reports;
- Provide feedback to product development staff on product improvements and issue tracking;
- Periodic beta testing of upcoming software products;
- Report all software or online service defects through RT bug tracking system and escalate to appropriate support level;
- Report any technical problems reported by customers in email promotions;
- Periodically assist mentoring or clinic customers with their technical problems;
- Provide 1-on-1 product training to customers that request this service (Paid training)
