I was 14 years old I work for my cousin as my first job busboy in Hollywood California physically very heavy but one of my greatest experiences working with my cousin that was running businesses over 25 years at that time. very successful no money a lot of education about business customer service and competitive market. Dad prepared me for my future. At 16 years old I got my first real job and thrifty's scooping ice cream learning a lot about corporations and customer service. Then I moved to Kmart to stock shelves. again learned about big corporations heavy work very good customer service and not enough money. At 20 years old I got my first good job as a cable installer working for as we know today Time Warner as an cable installer heavy work the Great customer service okay money. At 22 bought my own business with my family meet market as butcher meat cutter and the grill master. I successfully ran the meat market for five years and sold it after five years made good profits and was very happy of the success. At 27 we moved on to the next project which was Monte Carlo banquet halls and restaurant. We ran this one for less than two years before we had started we receive the great offer high profits in selling them operating so we sold it. That was the end of 2007 beginning of 2008 market just crashed all banks were following bankruptcy but insurance companies are closing down and home equity loans disappeared. Before turning 30 I made a half-million dollars just with my two businesses buying them operating them and selling them very profitable. Because I knew about the real estate market little bit and how banks operate I knew that it was time for me to get my real estate license and eliminate overhead employees and just use my time and my creations to make money. Always have to have some kind of challenge that's what keeps me going.
