Audits foreclosure and bankruptcy documents in accordance with applicable requirements using policies and procedures.
Documents loans not able to be executed on internal system and refers loan to appropriate firm for correction.
Prepares documents required for certification, execution or notarization.
Maintain system integrity via input of data and tracking.
Enters or imports electronic loan data on inventory control system.
Coordinates delivery, setup and research of documents for foreclosure and bankruptcy files.
Ensures receipt and delivery of documents and information, sighting exceptions and recommending necessary resolutions.
Handles various inquiries/problems relative to the execution of documents in the foreclosure or bankruptcy process and coordinates resolution with all necessary parties.
Analyzes affidavits and other document types that require execution as part of a foreclosure or bankruptcy process to ensure policies and procedures are in place to properly execute documents.
Maintains effective ongoing communication with servicing areas.
Cooperates, shares, and supports the goals of the corporation.
Participate constructively in meetings.
Provide training and instruction for internal and external customers. Develops and maintains good working relationships with both internal and external customers.
Other duties and special projects as assigned.
