Coverall dba Quantum Janitorial Services

Administrative Assistant

Provided general administrative support to the independent owner/operator of Coverall, a janitorial services company. I also provided support for residential back-end of the company, Quantum Janitorial Services.

Performed general accounting functions including billing, accounting receivables, and accounts management.

Provided weekly and monthly reports.

Completed work orders received from customers and provided follow-up when completed. Developed creative ideas and concepts to promote business for both Coverall and Quantum. These creatives included business cards, flyer/mailer design, brochures, promotional car magnets, and PowerPoint presentations. I also created a company database that stored personal information so that we could continue to woo clients by sending birthday greetings, thank you notes on contract anniversaries, and sending occasional treats to some of our most honored clients.

Became knowledgeable of the latest industrial cleaning products to enhance the quality and efficiencies of the company. Presented owner/operator with ideas and suggestions that would better enhance productivity.

Managed duties associated with the Executive Director of Technology, the Director of Audience Development and National Sales Director, and the Site Services Director. I also assisted the Vice President of Technology before his role was eliminated.
