Customer’s BF, TRF Management and planning for specific delivery with applicable schedule.
Follow up Operation to ensure Audit, inspection and loading.
Accept responsibility for all client communication, conflict resolution, and compliance with client deliverables.
Exceptions management, claim handling, decision making align with the Customer COP and SOP.
Liaise with overseas clients and CPSI selling offices, vendors and CPSI operating offices for processing inspection orders.
Follow-up on the Audit & inspection order and assist the Client throughout the process.
Progress/booking Audit/ Reminder to suppliers with audit dates.
Prepare client yearly review and any other execution analysis that is required by management.
Assist in case of complain/claim, initiate the internal investigation process.
Set up meeting with suppliers/relevant stakeholders.
Prepares inspection & audit data by compiling and analyzing internal and external information.
Investigates and resolves Audit & inspection problems with customer throughout the process.
Assist to client meetings when appropriate.
Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; Gathers and analyses information skillfully; Develops alternative solutions.
Give technical assistance/ provide status to the client, management and other offices when necessary.
Provides administrative support by implementing systems, procedures, and policies in support of Manager, auditors & inspectors.
