 Customer’s BF, TRF Management and planning for specific delivery with applicable schedule.
 Follow up Operation to ensure Audit, inspection and loading.
 Accept responsibility for all client communication, conflict resolution, and compliance with client deliverables.
 Exceptions management, claim handling, decision making align with the Customer COP and SOP.
 Liaise with overseas clients and CPSI selling offices, vendors and CPSI operating offices for processing inspection orders.
 Follow-up on the Audit & inspection order and assist the Client throughout the process.
 Progress/booking Audit/ Reminder to suppliers with audit dates.
 Prepare client yearly review and any other execution analysis that is required by management.
 Assist in case of complain/claim, initiate the internal investigation process.
 Set up meeting with suppliers/relevant stakeholders.
 Prepares inspection & audit data by compiling and analyzing internal and external information.
 Investigates and resolves Audit & inspection problems with customer throughout the process.
 Assist to client meetings when appropriate.
 Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; Gathers and analyses information skillfully; Develops alternative solutions.
 Give technical assistance/ provide status to the client, management and other offices when necessary.
 Provides administrative support by implementing systems, procedures, and policies in support of Manager, auditors & inspectors.

Inspection Coordinator

 Coordinate and maintain the daily operations of the quality inspection department.
 Maintaining Liaison with Customer, factories and buying houses to maintain inspection schedule in Bangladesh, Pakistan, Mauritius and Myanmar.
 Allocates Quality Control personnel to the various areas for inspection.
 Supervises inspections, reports and the documentation issued by inspectors and collect and file the required Quality Records.
 Check inspection report for different buyers as per their individual format requirements and send the reports on time to Clients.
 Providing technical and operational support to clients, attending their needs and incorporate them to inspection coordination process.
 Ensuring guidance for inspectors to provide with compliance of IVP rules and any other standard operation procedure applicable to GIS.
 Provide clients with feedback in order to solve operational problems related to inspection scheduling or execution.
 Ensuring the correct registration of inspection results executed by the inspectors of the assigned country/area/region.
 Reporting to Manager of any deviation from IC processing and execution or any happening that may affect SgT office at administrative, operational, finance level.
 Reporting to Manager Compliance of operational and quality objectives as per KPIs defined for IC role.
 Reporting to Manager of any statistic data or information required for the decision making process.
 Contacting other SgT offices to solve any problem related to inspections and providing follow-up until final resolution.
