-Manage all aspects of revenue contribution of Axis Bank Rural Lending Products ( B2B, B2C & Power Gold Loans )
-Lead in business operations efforts ( speed to resolution, bridging the gap between business and partners, IT, SLA management and key support teams ) and partner with LFI teams
-Work on cross functional teams( Credit, finance, Business Intelligence) to identify new segment and product opportunities and develop bespoke propositions to maximize segment penetration
-Assist in the product enhancement including working group, issue resolution meeting
-Generation and maintenance of product documentation covering governance, stakeholder management
