-Handling 100 employee & maintain country HR activities and reporting to Country GM and Global HR.
Smoothing HR Operation & Process Developing: Keeping Structure Chart, Employee Dash Board & Contact Details updated & managing implementation of HRIS; Revisiting Different Policies for updating; Rolling the On Boarding process; Salary Processing; Leave & Attendance monitoring; Maintaining effective communication with entire team; Ensuring all Personnel Files updated; Ensuring all sorts of regular HR tasks are executing in an effective way i.e. Employees' Job Confirmation; All procedures for Exit Employees; Close Supervision on administrative works & ensuring better service.

Cost Control: Control HR cost in terms of Salary ranges and overall HR Budgets.

Financial: Recruitment- All recruitments are done as per the laid down process and well within the timeframes, ensuring right people in right position; Attrition and Exit Analysis.

People, Learning & Development: Ensure Employee Engagement Matrix is fully implemented and recommendations and actions from these are fully implemented; managing employee communication initiatives; Working on managing employees' performance closely; Organizing internal & external training.

Reward & Recognition: Implementation of reward & recognition policy; performance management, Long Service Award , KPI setting, salary review administration including coordination with HRIS within timelines.
