Research lead generation companies and make recommendations to management for list purchasing
Qualify leads by researching Salesforce CRM to determine whether we have an existing relationship or if they are associated with a PR agency
Research the Internet to find new PR contacts and their information
Provide relevant introductory information for sales reps to prepare them to call up upon leads (such as a relevant press release or marketing articles related to a given contact)
Enter new leads into Salesforce, including company, address, phone number, contact, contact title, email address and relevant marketing information
Schedule calls in Salesforce for sales reps per their requirements
Support administration needs for Agency Sales Team
