Supported customers through a face-to-face setting by being on site to answer their questions and provide them with information about Kodak's stream inkjet technology.
Trained operators on daily preventive maintenance and best practices procedures used to keep the system in an optimum condition which in turn helps them maximize their production.
Helped customers customize their systems with my recommendations that was based on their needs and how they can get the best result out of a color duplex book printing system that runs at speeds up to 1000 fpm.
Provided Kodak's research and development department with feedback from customers and information based on my observations in the field to help them create a clear image on what needs to be done in order to improve system's reliability and ensure the ease of use in future upgrades.
